Supported namespaces:

Plain names resolve to media_buy.features (e.g., 'audience_targeting')
'media_buy', 'signals', etc. check supported_protocols
'ext:' checks extensions_supported (e.g., 'ext:scope3')
'targeting.' checks media_buy.execution.targeting (e.g., 'targeting.geo_countries')
