    Function assertSupportedReportingAuthoritativeParty

    • Reject a reserved authoritative_party before a configuration generation can become ready.

authoritative_party: 'consumer' is reserved for a buyer-deposited billing revision task that no released AdCP version defines. The wire schema keeps the value parseable precisely so a seller can answer UNSUPPORTED_FEATURE instead of a parse error — which means the refusal has to live in seller code. Coercing to 'seller' would silently install a different contract than the buyer asked for, and relaxing the billing implication for that value would let a buyer-authoritative billing feed through with no consumer receipt and no delivery method.

Call this from a sync_accounts handler on each requested reporting_delivery_configs[].configuration as well; installConfiguration applies it to the SDK's own install path.
